During the rehearsal, the coordinator will guide the wedding party through the ceremony processional and recessional, review the full timeline, and go over important logistics so everyone understands where they need to be and when. It’s also the perfect time to answer questions, clarify roles, and make any last-minute adjustments. This support is required for events with over 100 guests and is ideal for larger celebrations, complex schedules, or couples who simply want to relax and enjoy every moment. When a Coordinator Assistant Is Required
To ensure seamless execution, an assistant coordinator may be required for more complex events.
An assistant is typically needed when:
