Day of Coordinating

  • Complimentary Consultation with One of Our Professional, Experienced Wedding Consultants

  • Coordinator will walk with you through the venue and discuss wedding plans and details to get an idea of your vision for the wedding and reception.

  • Develop a wedding day timeline that provides good flow to the wedding and reception.

  • Coordinate with vendors by phone/ e-mail at least one week before the wedding.

  • Coordinator will take charge of ensuring that the cake table, sign in table, gift table, guest and bridal tables are set and decorated AND make sure that at the end of the evening the gifts, personal items and décor are safely transported.

  • Coordinate the ceremony and/or reception throughout the day, making sure of timeline adherence, trouble shoot any problems, pay attention to detail and ensure that the bride and groom as well as the family are taken care of and enjoying the day.
